In this panel discussion, young leaders in the CT manufacturing industry will share stories and best practices that helped them grow and evolve to where they are today.
Topics include:
· Why they chose manufacturing and how young professionals can flourish in the industry.
· How coaching and mentoring was helpful in their journey and how to stay engaged.
· How best to help young professionals feel connected, empowered and appreciated.
· Various cultural and technological employee benefits that will make the biggest impact to young professionals.
